All orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, exceptional closure, promotional periods or sales).
Any order placed after 1pm from Monday to Thursday will only be processed the next day. Orders placed on Fridays after 1pm, Saturdays and Sundays are only taken into account on the following Monday.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties may be applied and are at the expense of the customer, the products being invoiced excluding tax.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
You have 15 working days from the date of arrival to return your products. The return period is extended to 30 days for all orders placed between 01/12 and 20/12. In the event of a non-conform delivery, the Customer has seventy-two (72) hours following reception of the parcel to make a complaint to ŒMYRION via the contact form le formulaire de contact. You have the possibility to make an exchange or get a refund.
Returns are at the expense of the Customer (except for mainland France residents) and within the limit of one return per order.
In case of a second return on the same order, a charge of 10€ is applied. The return is at the Customer's own risk.
Requests for exchange and refund are only accepted if the products are returned new, unworn, unwashed, with all labels unremoved and in their original packaging. Returns of defective Products are systematically subject to careful examination.
Any abnormal or abusive return may result in the invalidation of a subsequent order. Complaints concerning unavoidable, minor or tolerable technical defects in the industry in terms of quality, size, color or other aspects will not be considered valid.
